Project Overview
epd have been involved in the landscape appraisal for a number of Glendale nurseries assessing the capacity of such sites for redevelopment into housing developments.
Some sites have progressed to a full Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment to accompany a planning application and epd have also contributed to a landscape-led masterplan. With an emphasis on sustainable development, the designs had an emphasis on providing green space for all as a priority in the design. Also, options provide natural play areas and incorporating sustainable urban drainage solutions, epd provided a range of aspirational sketches to guide the development in a Vision document to form part of the pre-application consultation.
