Project Overview
The Proposals comprise the development of four industrial units in varying size with associated parking, service areas, hard surfacing, improved site access, substations and landscaping.
epd were commissioned to conduct the landscape design and appraisal of a site in Peterborough to consider the potential of the site for redevelopment and to highlight any potential landscape and visual effects resulting from the redevelopment of the site into four Industrial Units with associated parking, service areas, hard surfacing, improved site access, substations, and landscaping.
Following work producing a Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment, along with a series of visualisations and cross sections, epd contributed to a planting guide and landscape strategy within the pre-application Consultation submission and Design and Access Statement.
epd also produced the landscape design and will oversee the implementation of the works on site when construction begins.
